It stars Danny DeVito and Joe Piscopo as Harry Valentini and Moe Dickstein, two small-time mobsters from Newark, New Jersey, and features Harvey Keitel, Ray Sharkey, Lou Albano, Dan Hedaya and Frank Vincent.
