Wahan Ke Log (1967)
Wahan Ke Log (1967) is one of the earliest Indian sci-fi films. It was directed by Nisar Ahmad Ansari and stars Pradeep Kumar, Tanuja and Nilofar. Armed with laser guns, three-fingered virtually invincible Martians collude with gangsters to invade Earth. Like all Indian films, there's plenty of musical numbers. For me, the film's high point is the title song, which has some great dancing. This is recommended to fans of psychotronic cinema and cult films. It's in Hindi with English subtitles.
