Very Remby (1974)
Very Remby ( The Return ) is a 1974 Malagasy drama film directed by Solo Randrasana. The film revolves around an ice lollipop seller in Antananarivo whose father comes to tell him that he needs money for a famadihana (turning of the bones) ceremony. The film is in Malagasy and this print, unfortunately, has hardcoded French subtitles in an intrusive black box at the bottom of the screen. Included here are English subtitles in both .srt and .ass format; the .srt subtitles display above the French ones, while the .ass subtitles cover up the French ones.
