The Last Chance 24fps and 30fps (1945)
Escaping a Nazi prison train in war-torn Italy, an American and a British soldier set out for the Swiss border and find themselves leading a multi-national party of refugees for the Italian underground. So yeah the highest quality version of this movie that I could find is this god-awful heavily compressed dvdrip, and I couldn't find a single one in 24fps, so I tried to do it myself. I took a version of the film clearly interpolated to 30fps and used the Optical Flow feature in Davinci Resolve to bring it back to 23.97.
