This is the English-language version dubbed and distributed in the US by K. Gordon Murray. Plot: The vampire son of the French seer Nostradamus promises a debunker of the paranormal he will kill 13 people to demonstrate his powers. This was originally a Mexican serial, but K. Gordon Murray edited it into four feature-length films, this being the first.
