About the play: Shintokumaru ( 身毒丸 ) is a play performed by the angura theatre troupe Tenjo Sajiki. It was written by Terayama Shuji and Kishida Rio, and directed by Terayama Shuji and J.A. Seazer, with music composed by J.A. Seazer. This recording is from their performance at the Kinokuniya Hall on June 24 1978. About this project: The english subtitles for this recording are entirely done by me at the best of my capacities. There might be some mistakes and misses which I will be happy to fix at any time.
