From IMDB: "After a group of violent lepers escape from a sanitarium, robbing several farms, the town's residents demand the sheriff take action. Meanwhile, a local criminal joins forces with the lepers to commit even more robberies." So, basically this movie is "Santo in a western." The plot is actually kind of involving in this one, if a tad overacted. Pretty fun! (Note: There is a separate, 'adult' version called 'The Lepers and Sex'. It is believed to be lost, but I've read rumors that a copy was recently found.
