Rutland Weekend Television Here we have a pair of DVDs containing the first (1975) and second (1976) series of the BBC comedy programme 'Rutland Weekend Television, complete with Xmas specials. The programme, which features Eric Idle and Neil Innes, has mostly been forgotten - which is a pity as, despite their somewhat-dated nature, both series contain some very funny moments. RWT hasn't to the best of my knowledge been released commercially on VHS or DVD, and I certainly don't recall any repeats (say, on BBC Four) in recent years, but then again the Beeb hasn't treated us to much Python latel
