Red White And Busted (1972)
After hiding in Canada for a few years Vietnam draft dodger "Ollie" sneaks back into the U.S. (California) to attend his father's funeral. At the cemetery he narrowly escapes two agents waiting to arrest him. He meets up with a few old friends including "Bink" who came back from the war with serious injuries. His pal "Bernard" (the film's most memorable performance) pops pills and works at an adult sex store. He had a soul crushing stint in prison when he was caught trying dodge the draft.
