A trio of 20-somethings who have each recently gotten divorced decide to shack up together the loft of a Californian mansion. Various problems arise. Stars Holly Mascott, George Takei ("Star Trek") and Tom Holland (aka Tom Fielding, who went on to a career behind the camera, writing and directing the original "Fright Night" and "Child's Play" films). Originally screened as "Grass Is Always Greener" and quickly retitled "Josie's Castle," this counterculture dramedy had difficulty finding distribution, so director Laurence Mascott (father of Holly, who'd hijacked his daughter's script and unwise
