ITV Screenplay (1979)
This was a short lived anthology series by ITV that over the course of two years featured 8 plays. They were Gossip from the Forest (1979) Talent (1979); The Sound of Guns (1979); Waxwork (1979); Lives of Our Own (1980); The Zoo (1980); Paradise is Closing Down (1981) and Happy That I Met You (1981). At least two of them from 1979 are notable mentions. The first is "Talent," which was written by Victoria Wood and featured her close colleague Julie Walters with her together on the screen for the very first time in a drama about two wannabe stars (Maureen and Julie) trying to get their big break
