1964 Japanese film, "International Secret Police: Keg of Gunpowder". Also known as "Gunpowder Barrel" and "A Keg of Powder". Japanese title is Kokusai Himitsu Keisatsu: Kayaku no Taru (国際秘密警察 火薬の樽). 3rd in a series of 5 "International Secret Police" movies. Original Japanese dialog with brand new English subtitles. Not seen in the USA, except for scenes that were used in Woody Allen's dubbed comedy film "What's Up Tiger Lily" (the main film used for that was "International Secret Police: Key of Keys").
