Det berygtede Hus ( The Infamous House or The House of Ill Repute ) is a 1912 Danish drama film directed by Urban Gad. The film was one of several Danish films made at the time revolving around young women caught up in the sex trafficking industry. Det berygtede Hus - which was also released as The White Slave Trade III - is the third film in a series, following Den hvide slavehandel (1910) and Den hvide Slavehandels sidste Offer (1911). It is presented here in its original Danish with English subtitles.
