Directed by Urban Gad. In the mountain forests of a country in the Balkans lies a small but important border fortress that the enemy wants to spy on in order to conquer it. Zidra, presumably a sintezza, is hired for this purpose. She is to bewitch the lieutenant on duty and thus obtain the plans for the fortress. The film portrays the usual nationalist sentiments of the First World War era and also uses anti-Roma stereotypes.
