Atlantic is a drama film based on the sinking of the RMS Titanic , set aboard a fictional ship named the Atlantic . The story centers on a man who engages in a shipboard affair, which is later discovered by his wife. Also aboard the ship are an elderly couple celebrating their anniversary cruise. During the voyage, the Atlantic strikes an iceberg and begins to sink.
